We are busy at work building structures to help these families care for the animals they received through our Gifts with Purpose project.
Today we paid for the construction and helped to build a piggery house near the home of an elderly woman who is caring for her orphaned grandchildren. This family was one of the families who received a piglet from us. This piggery house will help them to raise the piglet properly and help grow their piggery business.
When Madame Adrine spent time with this family, the grandmother told her with tears in her eyes that without our partnership her grandson (the teenager in the blue shirt) would have to drop out of school because she was unable to pay for his school fees.
